I downloaded a ringtone on my iPad but it wouldn't sync to my phone

The ringtone is The Reckless and The Brave by All Time Low.

You should be able to see it as a purchased item on your phone to download... otherwise, set up your iTunes library to sync ringtones, an sync your iPad to iTunes, then sybc your phone.
