    Hi Team,

I have received the device today after giving it for diagnose (REF ID: <IGM620285>), however now when I have charged the device & I am using internet on 2g mode the device is turning hot again and I can feel the heat.
I need the permanent solution as I can bring the device again & again to service station.
Kindly let me know what is the next step I have to follow.

There seems to be an app causing this. What are the apps you have downloaded?
