Why is my ipad only responding to half of my screen?

Recently I downloaded the tweaks GifPaper to my ipad. When I tested GifPaper for the first time by turning off my ipad, it somehow my 1/2 of my lockscreen unable to react to touchscreen. I don't know how to explain it but when I slide to unlock it brings my to the passcode bit and the problem is, my passcode consists of the numbers on the first row (123) and the fourth number of my passcode is 4. When i try to type it in, it only shows me click the number 4 and not the previous number that I clicked on. This resulted into making me unable to access my ipad
