iPad l bumps back to safari and the blue line is slow in getting to web pages.

My iPad l is bumping me back to safari very often. Also, it takes forever for the blue bar to load and pull up web pages.

This just started last week. I am a news hound and miss reading a story without the bump to safari. My iPad l is great other than that!

PS I am blind in the left eye and love the big screen.
