Hi and welcome to iMore!

This is an odd question as clearly the iPhone 6 is better than the 5s if you concentrate on comparing specs. It the smaller form factor of the 5s is an absolute must then obviously the 5s is better FOR YOU.

If you don't mind, or even prefer, the larger size of the 6, then it's a complete no-brainer.
