How do I restrict Face Time calls so my phone will only accept them if placed via my phone number?

I have unlimited cell phone minutes and wi-fi data use on my phone, but limited cell phone data use if I am not connected to wi-fi. How do I restrict Face Time calls so my phone will only accept them if placed via my phone number rather than my email, the latter posing a risk of using up data time or putting me over the data limit for which I have paid since there is no way to know in advance if I am or am not connected to wi-fi at the time a call comes in via email? Thanks for your help.

Re: Facetime via wi-fi v. cell phone time

Settings...Cellular...scroll down to the bottom... Turn off the FaceTime switch.

The addresses you can be reached at wouldn't have any bearing on if a FaceTime session uses cellular vs. wifi.
