why is my battery draining so fast and my phone gets "hot"?
I had the battery replaced about 8 months ago. It was done by an AT&T kiosk place that is no longer in business. It was fair at first and now my battery will drain in less then 4 hours, even in stand by. It also gets "hot". The guy told me there was a loose connection at the battery and he was pretty sure he had a good solid connection. I was going to try another battery. Any ideas? Thanks! Gene F
