    I literally found an Iphone 6 in a snow bank. Works great. Has the 4 digit password code activated. The phone says no service. Can I Factory reset and buy a sim card for it and use it?

    It's most likely activation locked so that the only person that could ever make it work is the one that lost it.

    Turn it in to your local police department. There is no way you will make it work if it's activation locked.
