Why aren't my 2014 Late Mac mini and Philips 4K TV (50PUK6809) working correctly since updating them?

2014 Late Mac mini and Philips 4K TV (50PUK6809) problem...

Above-mentioned two devices doesn't work correctly after update Yosemite to 10.10.2
So before was working at 1080p - 60Hz , but now at 1920*1080 - 30Hz only, not more...
I shared my problem with Apple Support many times but they are only talking about supported 4K Tv's...
I think it is related to software Mac...

Non-supported devices are just that... if they work at one point you were lucky... it's still non-supported, and Apple is only on the hook for supported devices.
