    How do I get playlists that I have created on one computer to show up on other devices when they are all using iTunes match? Playlists show on the computer where I created them but not on the other devices

    Use iTunes home sharing.... In the Music app, tap more in the bottom-right... Then tap shared... Select your home-shared iTunes library... You'll then see what your iTunes on computer has...

    iTunes Match is supposed to transfer playlists across devices and computers.

    True.. Unless you've set the phone to not show all store purchases in Settings for iTunes&AppStore...
