How do I unlock my iPhone so I use iCloud?

I bought a new iphone 5 and i found he is blocked on Icloud.. , Is there any way how to unlock it? at least like a ipod? I am really lost please help me..

Nope. There is nothing you can do to bypass it without the original person's login information.

Get your money back. Especially if it was sold to you as "new".
