    i have a lacklist iphone5 and i dont know user name and pasword of icloud account. how could i unblock this mobile?please give me full details for unblocking of this mobile

    There are 2 separate, and most likely insurmountable issues.
    1. The iCloud activation lock CANNOT be bypassed. Either enter the correct email/password, or it’s a paperweight. Period. End of discussion.
    2. The blacklisting is due to a carrier issue - an unpaid bill or a device reported as stolen or something similar. You would have to move heaven and earth to resolve this issue with the carrier.
