    I have subscribes to the magazine but just cannot get the App to download and/or update. Its icon is on the screen but when you click on update the clock starts and then rapidly reverts back to 'Update' or Download - I have raised this with Intermediate Media but they seem very unhelpful. I am running iOS 8.1.2 on iPad with 120 GB-ish storage

    it could be the servers hosting the app are having an issue - you could try downloading later...

    Downloaded it OK both on my IPad Air and my IPhone 6+ into the Newstand app.
