    I will be making an hour long speech off the top of my head but want to have a written version of what I said for afterwards. I don't want the recording or transcribing to be obvious to the audience (ie/ I want to tuck my iphone in my breast pocket.) At present Siri only seems to take notes from voice for only 1 minute. Is there a way to change that to 1 hour?

    Any ideas on how I might meet my needs with Siri, or anything else for that matter?

    Just record it... Then play back into a computer with dictation software.

    Use the default Voice Memos app to record it.
