Home button, headphone jack & vibrator don't work, something not connected properly?

Recently I replaced the volume controls on my iphone and after replacing them the home button, vibrator and headphone jack no longer work...
The music continues to play in the speakers when I plug in headphones, the vibrator doesn't function at all and neither does the home button. The iphone works perfectly for the rest however...

Yes...chances are something did not get reassembled properly...
