Just like SmartLimits allows me to control when my daughter chooses to receive or send texts, I would like to also control FaceTime usage after a certain time in the evening. Does anyone know how to do this without completely turning off FaceTime?

Not that I know of. You could restrict all data usage via your router for her device during certain times, but she could just switch to cellular data rather than wifi. Assuming SmartLimits is something offered via your carrier, it is possible that they could restrict cellular data usage during certain times and you could restrict wifi via your router.

You can set restrictions, put a passcode in and then turn it off. You'd have to do it manually though if you only want it restricted for a certain amount of time. Or you could flat just restrict FaceTime.
