Why does my phone shut off all the time. When it does this incoming calls go directly to voice mail. I have to hold down the on and start button together to turn it back on. This happens constantly, like 4-5 times per day.
Also, my battery drains quickly. It can be at 100% when I go to bed and get up in the morning to 45% or even less.
