How far from my iPhone does the watch need to be to stay connected?

My guess is it's going to involve Bluetooth-LE (low power) so range will be less than that of conventional Bluetooth... but then again, I could be all wrong too... we'll have to wait until actual specs are released to know for sure.

With my Pebble Watch I was outside at my car when my Pebble vibrated to indicate that Bluetooth had disconnected, my Phone was charging in up stair bedroom.
