Why do all my podcast disappear ?

All of my podcast started disappearing. I have about 30 podcasts that I subscribe to and starting on Friday they where all are gone. I got the screen that says you have no podcasts. I can subscribe again which I did on Saturday and Sunday same thing happen about 12 to 15 hours after it would disappear again. It was like I never used the app at all
