Why can't I stream movies on my iPhone 6?

Can;t stream movies in my iPhone 6

When trying to stream already purchased movies or series in my iPhone I get a message that indicates that I cannot download movies that I need wifi... I was able to stream them a few weeks back... now i cannot do it. Any help, thanks.

Do you have wifi?

Reboot the phone... Should that not work...reset the network via Settings...

I called apple support and they told me to reset the network settings, not worked. Should I erase the phone? I have lots of movies and series in the cloud.... But can't view them witout wifi....
