How do I recover numbers on Backup Assistant that I deleted?

Delete Phonebook w/Groups

I just deleted the phonebook on a hand me down phone after I used Backup Assistant. I was trying to get rid of the previous user phonebook and then use Backup Assistant to load my numbers again. Apparently everything that was on Backup Assistant was also deleted. Is there a way to recover these numbers??

I don't know of any way to recover the deleted numbers. I suggest you contact tech support.

You might find many on your carrier website. No names, but you might remember some. Also, it may still be in iCloud. Or your contacts may be Gmail contacts. If do, they are online.
