Is there a way to set a default folder for fonts and sizes and have a sub folder keep that setting to?

Default fonts grandfathering

is there way to set a folder default font and size and have the sub folders keep that setting too, can't seem to get yosenite to do this unlike Mavericks would

Open a Finder window... View from the Menu... Show View Options... set options as desired... at the bottom - click 'use as defaults'
