How do I go about to get a refundar?

I hace been using It for a time and one day, New Years eve I decided to up grade it and I did then I notice that my Mac was acting kind of slow, so I went into chat and they suggested a plan so they went into my computer because they said there were viruses in my system. Right there I shouldn't have believed, I have been a Mac user since 1987. But I went ahead with the deal and now it still a little slow and you kind of get the feel it is not right , I don't know if you can understand me. What can you suggest to me?
