    since I got my iPhone in Nov 2014, I've had problems hearing when I'm on the phone and ppl I'm talking to have problems hearing me as well. I have gone to Apple twice and was given a new iPhone along with a new chip and I'm still having the same problem. There are 4 iPhones on our AT&T account (2 iPhone 6 and 2 iPhones 6 Plus and we are all having the same problem. Apple tells me it's a carrier problem. AT&T disagrees.

    It's either carrier-related, something is covering the earpiece and microphone or you're going deaf and need to speak louder. Try using the included earpiece to see if things improve for you.
