In app purchase refunds.
My 8 year son was being baby sat by a family member while my wife & I had a weekend away.
his Ipod is attached to my wife's account & although he ALWAYS asks if he can buy a new app or packet for a game whilst away he ordered 52 x $25ea in app purchases for FIFA 15!
We think the older kids were trying to help him cancel the purchase but inadvertently may have been ordering one after the other!
Can you please assist recommend how we could plead our case to ITunes?
