How do I add iCloud to my Google account on a Windows 8.1 computer?

I have 2 gmail addresses and want my iCloud addresses to link contacts. I want to put my iCloud into my google account. I am guessing. My hp Windows 8.1 is all new to me. I do have an iPhone. C

You cannot put your iCloud account into your Google account. You can, however, export your iCloud contacts and then import them into your Google Contacts list. To summarize, simply login to www.icloud.com, tap on your Contacts icon and then select to export them. Afterwards, save the exported contacts to your desktop. Logout of iCloud and then login to your gmail account online. Select to "import" the iCloud contacts.
