I assume it's a Sprint-related limitation. Give them a call and inquire about it.

Not if they aren't on LTE. Sprint voice and 3G data are both CDMA which doesn't allow simultaneous voice and data. It may not even work if they have LTE but I'm not sure.

Ah OK. My contractor program manager just got an iPhone 6 and I thought she said she could now. I might have got it wrong.
