Using 2 iphones, "iphone A" has 64GB for work and "iphone B" is 16 GB and for personal use.
20% of the apps installed on iphone A and B are the same ones. But the rest are totally different. (B doesnt have that much of space anyways)
Using the same apple id for both iphones.
It is my priority to sync iphone A fully with my PC thru itunes so that i keep my work data updated at all times.
Once i try to sync iphone B with the same PC thru iTunes it tries to sync every app that are already installed on 64GB iphone A to 16 GB iphone B!
How can I define 2 different sets of apps to be used on two different iphones?

Do the phones have different names? Check in Settings, General, About.
