Why can't I AirDrop with my iPhone 6 and MacBookPro

I have an iPhone 6 and want to share pictures from it to my MacBook Pro. The current system on my Mac is OS X Lion. I have my bluetooth on on my Mac and still can't see my phone from my mac or vice versa.

You need a newer Mac with at least Yosemite OS on it.

You can get photos via iCloud from your phone to computer...or iTunes sync.
