I synced my Iphone 4 and all the info has been lost from my phone. It tells me it saved to outlook but I cant find it

1. How did you "sync" your iPhone 4?
2. How does "it" tell you that your notes are saved to Outlook?
3. Did you login to your Outlook account, if that's what you're referring to, to see if the notes are present?
4. Did you use the native Notes app in regard to your notes?

I once lost my note in iPhone, too. And I worried that the data recovery program would not recognize it. But I finally tried it to find the program could identify. Oh, it is important that you can not overwrite it if you want to get back your note. By the way, I used recovery tool to restore my iPhone data and I think it is useful.Maybe you can have a try.
