I upload facebook in my iphone 4, iOS 7.1.2 but it doesnt load, there is a cian point before of name

The dot before the name means the app was updated... try pressing and holding the power and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release the buttons... let the phone boot... and try again.
