    My son put a 15 pound voucher on and been on it for five minutes but only has 1 pound left and says he hasn't spent it

    If it was on your iTunes account/AppleID it could be used by anyone who's device uses your AppleID for purchases... in iTunes on computer, log on with your AppleID, view account... review the purchase history.

    Apple will also send you an email when a purchase is made, so look for that. Sometimes they're delayed by a few days.

    As kch50428 said above, review your purchase history and you'll get the info you need pretty quickly.
