    I recently switched computers with my sister and logged out of her MobileMe and i would like to log in for myself to get my phone and MacBook Pro in sync but i dont know how to sign up for it?

    MobileMe was shuttered by Apple several years ago. You cant get there from here.

    iCloud is the replacement. (http://iCloud.com)

    MobileMe doesn't exist anymore. Apple's iCloud is what you use now. You should be able to create an account on your iDevice or Mac (depending on what OS X version you are running). Otherwise you can go to www.icloud.com to sign up.
