    Can you give more details?

    What are you seeing exactly?

    Are you getting a good data signal (either cellular or WiFi)?

    If your phone isn't getting good satellite data, and can't get wifi based location data it will take time for the map to load until the phone knows sort of where it is... then, it can download map data... make sure location services are enabled on your device, and that the "find" app has permission to use location services.
