Why does this pop up note keep showing?

I've got the big bundle on O2 (100 minuets, 1000 text and 500mg) and it just keeps on giving me like a pop up not in a grey box saying 'credit-00' and at the bottom there's a little white box saying dismiss in it and every time I send a message it pops up about four times and I feel like I want to throw it but I don't want to. Help?

I don't have O2 and am not experiencing anything or have experienced anything like that so I *assume* it's a carrier issue. Get with O2 and see if they can troubleshoot the issue from their end.
