How can I retrieve a note that may have been accidently deleted?

I have several notes stored and this particular had some very important notes I had stored.

You'd have to restore a backup made prior to the deletion of the item in question.

If you refer to the Notes app, you might also check any email accounts that may have been synced to Notes. Check the Notes folder of that email account.
