How can I reset iPad mini with out iTunes and computer

i forgot my passcode and my ipad is disabled. but i don't have iTunes or computer

Not much you can do until you get a computer with iTunes... or just a computer, log onto iCloud... and use 'Find my iPhone' to erase the iPad...if you had "Find" set up on the iPad...
