How can I change iTunes setting on iPhone 6 to Ireland?

I have just upgraded from iPhone 4 to 6 and all went well through iCloud until this message started to appear every time we put in our Apple ID. It says that the account is set up for Ireland store and we will be redirected to this store but nothing happens and we are going around in circles! We want to be using Ireland iTunes store as this is where we live.

Go to Settings>> iTunes & AppStore>>tap the AppleID...view AppleID... Check country/region
