Riptide GP game not open

I have using iphone 4 and downloaded riptide gp game, installed but even it does not work properly. Please help me to get rid of this.

Tap and hold the game icon until it starts to wiggle and shake. You will see a small x in the corner of the icon tap that and a screen will pop up and choose delete. Then tap the home button and your done
