I have tried to download IOS 8

I have tried to download ios8 to my husbands new ipad. It has been stuck in the logo apple screen for 10 hours. What do I do ?

If you can't update or restore your iPad you might have to put it in recovery mode and restore it using iTunes. Just be aware that if you do this you will lose the data on your device. Follow the link below for instructions.
