Can i get past the activation page without a sim card?

Basically my iPhone 5C doesn't accept sim cards.. something to do with water damage. The phone has been working fine apart from that, but i reset the phone because i had no memory so i wanted to start fresh and once it all turned back on it says something like ''insert sim to activate phone'' but it doesn't accept sims so is there any possible way i can activate it? Please help!!

I think you can "hacktivate" it by jailbreaking, but it depends on the iOS version that its on.
