I can't send pictures from my iphone either using mail or messaging

I've not been able to email or message any pictures I take from my iphone 5. I assume it's a setting problem but I can't figure out how to solve the problem

Welcome to iMore! Try Reset Network Settings.
Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards

I tried resetting the Network Settings as suggested and it hasn't made a difference. I still can't email from Photos. Any other suggestions. I've tried sending photos to my own email and to my daughter and nothing goes through.

I think my girlfriend is having the same issue, but her pictures actually goes through, but it says that the message failed on her end. It's been going on sporadically since the last update.
