    You can try to exchange it if you are within the return window for one with more storage. iPads do not have expandable storage.

    That's not possible. However, you can put your media like music, videos and photos in the cloud. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and/or Box are good examples.

    I, personally, have all my photos on Dropbox, all music in Google Drive and Videos on OneDrive. Whenever I need them, I just use their respective apps.

    And from time to time I delete and reinstall Facebook, Twitter and other apps without the 'Clear Cache' functionality, to do so manually.

    True, 16GB is not a lot, but is well manageable

    As the others said, there is no way to expand the storage but there are lots of options to work within the confines of the 16gb iPad
