How do I sync my iPhone through iTunes?

i synced my iphone 5s to my computer because i need to delete things from phone to make more room. where did all that go on my computer?

itunes isn't designed for you to access the files through the computer- only as a restore. Unless you synced them as well to either iPhoto or whatever your computer uses.
