    What happens to photos that ha been edited in other apps such as Snapseed?

    If the app is using the photos from where they are stored by default, iCloud should handle them like those manipulated in stock apps.

    I don't see that they handle photos any different, wherever they were edited. Maybe I misunderstood the question.
