Will it work with an older 30 pin ipad?

Is there an adapter that will allow this ixpand to work with a 30 pin ipad?

I have tried a standard flash drive the my 30 pin ipad and get the message it is not compatible because it requires too much power..

I had to look up what an ixpand was- looks interesting- Why dont you transfer your pics and videos on your computer from the iPad directly to the computer? You can try the apple 30 pin to lightening adapter but I dont know if that will work
