    Welcome to iMore! I've been seeing this issue some lately. I did a search for a fix, but could find little that would be of help. Maybe someone else can help. I did find this. It may not be of help. Is your calendar Google or iCal?

    Go to Settings - Mail, COntacts, Calendars and then scroll down to the "Calendars" secttion and enable "Time Zone Override". Add your location on the east coast.
