How do you set the Bluetooth as the deafult answering mode for Iphone 6 with IOS 8.2

I already read your post on how to set default answering mode and it does not work on the Iphone 6. I need to have my Bluetooth answer the phone as default and not the phone or speaker. Please help thank you

I don't know what to tell you because when I'm connected to a bluetooth headset or my bluetooth hands-free feature in my car, answering via bluetooth is automatic.
