How do I delete apps from I clouding iphone

How do I delete apps from iCloud? Storage and backup is not an option when I open the iCloud to try and delete apps

If you're referring to apps purchased from the App Store, you can delete them from the device(s), but they will always be available to you to re-download without having to re-purchase them. If you're referring to iCloud backups, apps do NOT get backed up, only the app's data and location on the homescreen.
