How do I cut off cellular data?

How do I cut off cellular data...

...to everything except iMessages? iOS 7.0.6 on iPhone 5c.

I do see a bunch of stuff in Settings>Cellular, but iMessages is not there. There is an option for system apps (or something like that,) but I don't want anything else using cellular data.

turn on airplane mode= that will do it

Settings > Cellular and then turn ALL the apps to OFF so they are showing white and not any green.
